The Mission
Building Skills & Enhancing Lives
Growth by Choice focuses on assisting children and emerging adults in using their natural skills, talents, and abilities to accomplish their God-given purpose.
Growth by Choice “The Movement” is Inspire Build Motivate's mission. It is not a single program or a one-time campaign. It is a systematic progression of projects that train life-enhancing skills, launched over a ten-year process, with each project aligned directly to the one before it.
The vision behind it is to enhance the quality of life in communities nationwide and abroad, to bridge the spiritual gap, and to create generational wealth for families. Our programs create commerce for communities, safe and productive centers for young people, and a path for participants to grow into productive members of society.
Each project is built on the one before it. The people trained in the first project become the mentors who make the second one possible.
Project One
Emerging adults, about 25 trainees per cohort
Creates mentors, service providers, and business owners. Three six-month stages coach, develop, and train individuals to use their natural given strengths and abilities to live a happy and prosperous life. Trainees who choose to become mentors carry the work forward into the next project.

Project Two
Students in grades three through twelve
An after-school program running in eight-week cycles, from after school until 7:30 pm. Tutoring and homework help is a primary objective and comes first. The second part of each session works through the weekly set of courses. Parents are encouraged to attend and participate.

Project Three
Adults, ages 27 and up
HMG stands for Help Me Get, making this the Help Me Get Free Program. It mirrors the Growth S.P.U.R.T. structure with the adjustments the age group needs, so the same progression from discovery to formulation is available to adults who did not come through it earlier.
Project Four
Parents and their children
Helps parents reconnect with their children, and children reconnect with their parents. The project also works directly with parents on the financial pressure that keeps families apart.
