Our intended impact

Growth that serves a larger purpose.

Free, Rich, and Healed expresses the future we work toward: purposeful living, financial capability, and restored connection.

Vision and intended outcomes

Our programs and first compound are in development. This page describes aspirations and a proposed measurement approach. It does not report completed cohorts, resident success stories, or verified program outcomes.

Free

Direction and purposeful living

Discovering strengths, making informed choices, and developing achievable personal goals.

Rich

Financial capability and stewardship

Building budgeting habits, work readiness, and the knowledge needed to make responsible financial decisions.

Healed

Connection and wellbeing

Strengthening relationships, finding supportive community, and connecting with appropriate services when needed.

These are aspirations. Participation does not guarantee wealth, debt relief, employment, or medical or mental-health treatment.

Accountability as we grow

Show progress with evidence.

As programs become operational, we intend to track participation, practical growth, and participant feedback. Results should identify the period measured, the group represented, and how the information was collected.

Personal stories should be shared with consent, and projections should remain clearly separate from achieved outcomes.
